Great customer service, showed up when they said they would and even called to let me know that the technician to let me know that the technician was on his way. Technician was very polite and got us up and running quickly. We have used this company several times in the past as well and have never felt like we were charged too much.

Blain Service Company responded to our very urgent need by getting to the house the same day as we called. In fact, I called about noon, and they were able to respond that afternoon. They fixed the problem very quickly. This is not the first time I’ve used Blain Service Company, they also serviced the heat pump unit outside about a month previous to this. They discovered that a new motor was needed during a service call, and were able to provide it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company to others. I plan on using them for any heating or a/c problem I have in the future.
Excellent service!!! Troy & his team got electricity installed for my workshop. He asked questions along the way to ensure I was getting what I wanted. My area was clean when they left. The owner, Steve dropped by regularly and stayed in contact throughout the process.
Called this morning for generator repairs. Manny promptly arrived this afternoon and diagnosed the faulty switch. Nice to work with a company that is reliable and punctual.
