Scott in the office was very helpful when I place a service call for AC unit being down, was given details on when tech was in route along with a picture of the assigned technician. Manuel arrived when scheduled and he was very polite and knowledgeable on the equipment. This is not my first experience with this company and they have always rise to the occasion. I will highly recommend Blain Service when the needs arise.

Very helpful. They came out maybe an hour after I called. Great service.

They actually answered the phone before their “OPEN” time and was still very nice and booked us for same day. Scott said they’d get to us as soon as they could but had one they had to finish. Service man arrived that afternoon and fixed us up. A young man, very respectful described everything he was going to do. The best part was he didnt run up the bill and we actually came out pretty good.

We have had them do work for us every year and they are fantastic, they answer their phones, they call back, they show up on time and do great work.

They came out the same day that I called. They were very professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them!
