A real neighborly and professional family business that took care of replacing our Mother’s old heat pump system. We live out of state and were visiting when we discovered that her A/C was not working. We contacted Blain and their service technicians were prompt in showing up, troubleshooting the system, and determining what options we had available to deal with the old unit. We determined that we needed to replace the unit and shopped around. We found that Blain’s cost was very competitive and their finance options were very good. After meeting with Scott and hearing all their options for a new system and the financing in their office we went with the 12 months same as cash option. I enjoyed meeting and working with Scott and knew that our mother would be treated like family when they installed her new system. We had to leave for home one day before the installation was done. I just got off the phone with Mom and just as I expected, Blain Service treated her like she was family. Excellent service!!! Troy & his team got electricity installed for my workshop. He asked questions along the way to ensure I was getting what I wanted. My area was clean when they left. The owner, Steve dropped by regularly and stayed in contact throughout the process.

They call a day ahead of time to let you know they will be in my area to do a service check. I have become acquainted with the service people and I trust them to do what needs to be done to keep my system in good working order. I have used them since my house was built in 2009.

This company it great they work with me on part of the money for repair please use them for your next repair or service if there was 10 stars i would have gave them 😀 and there techs are very knowledgeable about service and repair services thanks Blain

Called the owner Steve, his very friendly staff member from the office called promptly and scheduled my appointment. Manuel came and analyzed my system, found the issue, and got me running in no time! I highly recommend this very professional and friendly company!

Once we were able to establish a date for the service, Manuel and his assistant came out on time and did a fantastic job. They made sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving.
