Second time we have had Blain’s out for issues with the a/c and it’s been fixed and taken care of. We appreciate a company who doesn’t try to sell us a hundred extra things and somebody that is knowledgeable and we have only received that from Blain’s. Scott in the office was very helpful when I place a service call for AC unit being down, was given details on when tech was in route along with a picture of the assigned technician. Manuel arrived when scheduled and he was very polite and knowledgeable on the equipment. This is not my first experience with this company and they have always rise to the occasion. Blain Service Co has done work for us for years. They are extremely professional, and very reasonable when it comes to the costs. The folks that come service our equipment, both on the electrical and air conditioning side, are really good people that care about what they are doing. I would recommend Blain to anyone that asks.
We were one of their first customers when they took over our new house wiring from a faltering and delinquent General Contractor. We’ve seen them grow, taking on everything from the simple installation to local commercial buildings. We still have them as our AC contractor.
Our unit is getting some age on it and the internal coils had to be replaced because of a small leak. They found the leak during our routine inspection and they ordered new coils and did a great job installing them!!
