We highly recommend this company. We are new to Bonham Tx. Our compressor went out on our AC unit. We had 2 other companies come out and did not feel comfortable with either of them. We then contacted Blain Service Co. and Steve, the owner, came out and quickly accessed the situation. Steve was very professional and did not try to hard sell us into joining a “club” to get lower pricing. He proved himself to be a man of integrity and was very fair with us. The office, service, and tech staff did an amazing job of communicating with us. They had us up and running the following day and at a fair price. They will get all of our future business.

We started using Blain nearly a year ago and we have been very pleased with their service. Manuel was our technician and he really did a fine job. He checked everything and corrected anything wrong. We will have them come back in September to ensure we are all set for winter. Thank you!

Second time we have had Blain’s out for issues with the a/c and it’s been fixed and taken care of. We’ve been receiving good service from Blain for many years. Got our replacement HVAC from them. Today I especially appreciated Anthony for taking away the used air filter (without my asking) after the routine system checkup. It’s the little things. 🙂
