Great customer service, showed up when they said they would and even called to let me know that the technician to let me know that the technician was on his way. Technician was very polite and got us up and running quickly. We have used this company several times in the past as well and have never felt like we were charged too much.

Outstanding service and a great value. I called at 5:15 pm and had our heat back on in one hour – on a Friday! They were very organized. Jon, their technician immediately emailed me a receipt from his iPad. He was polite and professional in every way. In a town where quality, professional services are hard to find, Blain’s Services brings it!
I believe in prevention, which is why I opted into the service contract Blain offers. Today (April 30, 2025) my unit had its bi-annual check up only to discover two pieces on the unit needed replaced to prevent a possible fire down the road. So glad I have Blain keeping an eye on things. Super glad I opted into their yearly maintenance contract. I’m one happy customer 😁

Thank you so much! It was easy to get an appointment. Scott got it set up and Jonathan got to the house quick. He had the problem fix in about 10 minutes. Then I had him clean the fan out because it had been a while since I had that done and with two corgis, I knew it was bad. I’m ready for summer, but thank God for keeping it cool at night!
