As an architect, I’m extremely picky on the professionals I hire to do work for me. Blain Services met and exceeded my expectations. I had an old AC unit freeze up and cause water damage in my building. They promptly got me a quote with options and kept me updated while they waited for the order to arrive. Installation was on top and very professionally done. The amount of communication throughout was what I really liked. They also took care of some minor electrical and other AC issues at another location.
