Very Professional from the initial call, keeping me informed on the arrival of the repairman. Also very professional repairman, knows his job well.
Called at 1:10 pm Weds., owner Steve Blain showed up close to 6 pm and repaired the current problem. Referred by Robbie Ashcraft vis Honey Grove FB Page. Couldn’t ask for any better customer service and timely repairs on a 100 degree day in North TX! You guys rock! Even learned some history of our house built in 2006. Thanks again!
Blain’s is amazing! I have had to call them late in the afternoon to fix my brother’s AC unit for him, because he has MS and the heat causes him problems. They came the same day, and had the problem fixed quickly at a reasonable price! I appreciate them so much!!
Great company to use. Their techs are professional, knowledgeable, and get the job done quickly. I called this morning to see when they could get a technician out to look at my A/C unit and they had no problem getting someone there in a reasonable amount of time and fixed the problem. I will definitely use this company again.
Couldn’t have asked for a better response. Called at 6 pm on Thursday with AC issues. By 6:18 Manual was there. Had everything fixed and gone in an hour. Had additional issues and they were there taking care of it. Very easy to work with and very professional.
