The service technician ( Joe) exceeded our expectations in every way. He arrived exactly on time, was extremely polite and pleasant, and came fully prepared with all the necessary equipment. He demonstrated exceptional knowledge of our heating system and quickly identified exactly where to troubleshoot inside the furnace. While working in the attic, he also discovered a gas leak that we were unaware of, which speaks volumes about his thoroughness, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
