As an architect, I’m extremely picky on the professionals I hire to do work for me. Blain Services met and exceeded my expectations. I had an old AC unit freeze up and cause water damage in my building. They promptly got me a quote with options and kept me updated while they waited for the order to arrive. Installation was on top and very professionally done. The amount of communication throughout was what I really liked. They also took care of some minor electrical and other AC issues at another location. Second time we have had Blain’s out for issues with the a/c and it’s been fixed and taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better response. Called at 6 pm on Thursday with AC issues. By 6:18 Manual was there. Had everything fixed and gone in an hour. Had additional issues and they were there taking care of it. Very easy to work with and very professional.

I had A/C issues and called last night and Blaine’s had there guy out first thing this morning and fixed the problem and got me back going with my air conditioning and the guy was professional and kind. Much appreciated as I’ve been going threw a lot lately dealing with my spouse in the hospital the last 3 weeks with brain damage I can’t say thank you guys enough for the fast help of fixing my A/C!
