Steve Blain and staff are great! Steve is as good as his word and pleasant to be around. The staff is always nice and professional. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and available in a timely manner. No one wants to wait on someone to fix your AC in 100 degree heat. Luckily, we never had to. They are usually on the way within an hour. I would recommend to anyone. My family and I are blessed to have such a valuable asset in our community and on speed dial.
Our unit is getting some age on it and the internal coils had to be replaced because of a small leak. They found the leak during our routine inspection and they ordered new coils and did a great job installing them!!
They call a day ahead of time to let you know they will be in my area to do a service check. I have become acquainted with the service people and I trust them to do what needs to be done to keep my system in good working order. I have used them since my house was built in 2009.

Wonderful company to work with! Responded in a timely manner, was able to come out and do an estimate and then get the work done shortly after. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to install a new AC for us as well as solve other electrical problems we were having. Great experience!
