Second time we have had Blain’s out for issues with the a/c and it’s been fixed and taken care of. We appreciate a company who doesn’t try to sell us a hundred extra things and somebody that is knowledgeable and we have only received that from Blain’s. Especially when the a/c acts up on a Saturday. Thank y’all so much!

Had a air flow coil go bad 1 month out of warranty, no help from original installation company. Called several a/c companies, was quoted 2k, Steve said they would do it for half the price. Decided to purchase new system (American Standard). Said he could have it installed Thursday, hoped I could get it Wed. 7:30 wed arrived to install. now my husband and I will sleep comfortably tonight! Installer never took a break, stayed with it all day. I normally don’t write reviews (take them with a grain of salt). Thank you, Steve Blain!
I believe in prevention, which is why I opted into the service contract Blain offers. Today (April 30, 2025) my unit had its bi-annual check up only to discover two pieces on the unit needed replaced to prevent a possible fire down the road. So glad I have Blain keeping an eye on things. Super glad I opted into their yearly maintenance contract. I’m one happy customer 😁
Called them in the morning due to no AC and they sent Manuel out that afternoon and he took care of the problem. Got my AC going again. Very knowledgeable young man. Good service. Not to bad on their prices. Highly recommend. Thanks Manuel.
Steve and his team spent the better part of the day running pulling and rerunning underground power and ground for the installation of a new Generac whole home generator. I appreciated the level of professionalism and great attention to detail. This, for me, was a major project and I feel like I have as good a quality product and workmanship as could be had in our area. Thank you Steve Blain and team. Much appreciated!
