As an architect, I’m extremely picky on the professionals I hire to do work for me. Blain Services met and exceeded my expectations. I had an old AC unit freeze up and cause water damage in my building. They promptly got me a quote with options and kept me updated while they waited for the order to arrive. Installation was on top and very professionally done. The amount of communication throughout was what I really liked. They also took care of some minor electrical and other AC issues at another location. Had a air flow coil go bad 1 month out of warranty, no help from original installation company. Called several a/c companies, was quoted 2k, Steve said they would do it for half the price. Decided to purchase new system (American Standard). Said he could have it installed Thursday, hoped I could get it Wed. 7:30 wed arrived to install. now my husband and I will sleep comfortably tonight! Installer never took a break, stayed with it all day. I normally don’t write reviews (take them with a grain of salt). Thank you, Steve Blain!
