A real neighborly and professional family business that took care of replacing our Mother’s old heat pump system. We live out of state and were visiting when we discovered that her A/C was not working. We contacted Blain and their service technicians were prompt in showing up, troubleshooting the system, and determining what options we had available to deal with the old unit. We determined that we needed to replace the unit and shopped around. We found that Blain’s cost was very competitive and their finance options were very good. After meeting with Scott and hearing all their options for a new system and the financing in their office we went with the 12 months same as cash option. I enjoyed meeting and working with Scott and knew that our mother would be treated like family when they installed her new system. We had to leave for home one day before the installation was done.
