Excellent service!!! Troy & his team got electricity installed for my workshop. He asked questions along the way to ensure I was getting what I wanted. My area was clean when they left. The owner, Steve dropped by regularly and stayed in contact throughout the process.

Couldn’t have asked for a better response. Called at 6 pm on Thursday with AC issues. By 6:18 Manual was there. Had everything fixed and gone in an hour. Had additional issues and they were there taking care of it. Very easy to work with and very professional.
Called at 1:10 pm Weds., owner Steve Blain showed up close to 6 pm and repaired the current problem. Referred by Robbie Ashcraft vis Honey Grove FB Page. Couldn’t ask for any better customer service and timely repairs on a 100 degree day in North TX! You guys rock! Even learned some history of our house built in 2006. Thanks again!
Jonathan has been our guy the last few times we have had issues with our AC. He is quick & efficient. He does a great job!
I called around 10:30am when temps outside were already in the 90s. The technician came out three hours later (this was the only company that could make it out the same day – all others had 1-2 day backlog). He quickly diagnosed the problem, pulled the part from inventory he keeps in the truck and repaired my AC unit within 15 minutes. He thoroughly checked both inside and outside units for any other issues. He was extremely honest and professional and I’ve saved the company’s contact number to use in the future.
Great customer service, showed up when they said they would and even called to let me know that the technician to let me know that the technician was on his way. Technician was very polite and got us up and running quickly. We have used this company several times in the past as well and have never felt like we were charged too much.
