Outstanding service and a great value. I called at 5:15 pm and had our heat back on in one hour – on a Friday! They were very organized. Jon, their technician immediately emailed me a receipt from his iPad. He was polite and professional in every way. I called around 10:30am when temps outside were already in the 90s. The technician came out three hours later (this was the only company that could make it out the same day – all others had 1-2 day backlog). He quickly diagnosed the problem, pulled the part from inventory he keeps in the truck and repaired my AC unit within 15 minutes. He thoroughly checked both inside and outside units for any other issues. He was extremely honest and professional and I’ve saved the company’s contact number to use in the future.
They were quick to resolve my issues. I called in the evening after getting home finding my AC wasn’t working and they came out within 30 minutes and had everything working in about an hour. Will definitely continue to use in the future. 7-9-25 Our air conditioning unit fan wasn’t coming on. I called and they had someone out same day to get our air going again. Outstanding customer service and very reliable.
