We highly recommend this company. We are new to Bonham Tx. Our compressor went out on our AC unit. We had 2 other companies come out and did not feel comfortable with either of them. We then contacted Blain Service Co. and Steve, the owner, came out and quickly accessed the situation. Steve was very professional and did not try to hard sell us into joining a “club” to get lower pricing. He proved himself to be a man of integrity and was very fair with us. The office, service, and tech staff did an amazing job of communicating with us. They had us up and running the following day and at a fair price. They will get all of our future business.

Simply won’t find a company with more integrity and exceptional customer service. Blain rescued us from a company that replaced two AC units incorrectly which left us with no freon in 100 degree heat and then promptly went out of business. Blain not only repaired them but gave us a huge discount on all the freon they had to replace. I trust them enough to have them in my home while I am at work. Look no further for a company you can count on for years to come.
