Blain Service Company responded to our very urgent need by getting to the house the same day as we called. In fact, I called about noon, and they were able to respond that afternoon. They fixed the problem very quickly. This is not the first time I’ve used Blain Service Company, they also serviced the heat pump unit outside about a month previous to this. They discovered that a new motor was needed during a service call, and were able to provide it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company to others. I plan on using them for any heating or a/c problem I have in the future.

They actually answered the phone before their “OPEN” time and was still very nice and booked us for same day. Scott said they’d get to us as soon as they could but had one they had to finish. Service man arrived that afternoon and fixed us up. A young man, very respectful described everything he was going to do. The best part was he didnt run up the bill and we actually came out pretty good.

Blain Service Co has done work for us for years. They are extremely professional, and very reasonable when it comes to the costs. Steve Blain and staff are great! Steve is as good as his word and pleasant to be around. The staff is always nice and professional. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and available in a timely manner. No one wants to wait on someone to fix your AC in 100 degree heat. Luckily, we never had to. They are usually on the way within an hour. I would recommend to anyone. My family and I are blessed to have such a valuable asset in our community and on speed dial.
