A real neighborly and professional family business that took care of replacing our Mother’s old heat pump system. We live out of state and were visiting when we discovered that her A/C was not working. We contacted Blain and their service technicians were prompt in showing up, troubleshooting the system, and determining what options we had available to deal with the old unit. We determined that we needed to replace the unit and shopped around. We found that Blain’s cost was very competitive and their finance options were very good. After meeting with Scott and hearing all their options for a new system and the financing in their office we went with the 12 months same as cash option. I enjoyed meeting and working with Scott and knew that our mother would be treated like family when they installed her new system. We had to leave for home one day before the installation was done. Once we were able to establish a date for the service, Manuel and his assistant came out on time and did a fantastic job. They made sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving.

They were quick to resolve my issues. I called in the evening after getting home finding my AC wasn’t working and they came out within 30 minutes and had everything working in about an hour. Will definitely continue to use in the future. 7-9-25 Our air conditioning unit fan wasn’t coming on. I called and they had someone out same day to get our air going again. Outstanding customer service and very reliable.

Blain is a great company. The guys that came out and fixed my unit were friendly and competent. I would highly recommend them.

They actually answered the phone before their “OPEN” time and was still very nice and booked us for same day. Scott said they’d get to us as soon as they could but had one they had to finish. Service man arrived that afternoon and fixed us up. A young man, very respectful described everything he was going to do. The best part was he didnt run up the bill and we actually came out pretty good.

As an architect, I’m extremely picky on the professionals I hire to do work for me. Blain Services met and exceeded my expectations. I had an old AC unit freeze up and cause water damage in my building. They promptly got me a quote with options and kept me updated while they waited for the order to arrive. Installation was on top and very professionally done. The amount of communication throughout was what I really liked. They also took care of some minor electrical and other AC issues at another location. Great customer service, showed up when they said they would and even called to let me know that the technician to let me know that the technician was on his way. Technician was very polite and got us up and running quickly. We have used this company several times in the past as well and have never felt like we were charged too much.

Thank you so much! It was easy to get an appointment. Scott got it set up and Jonathan got to the house quick. He had the problem fix in about 10 minutes. Then I had him clean the fan out because it had been a while since I had that done and with two corgis, I knew it was bad. I’m ready for summer, but thank God for keeping it cool at night!
