Called the owner Steve, his very friendly staff member from the office called promptly and scheduled my appointment. Manuel came and analyzed my system, found the issue, and got me running in no time! I highly recommend this very professional and friendly company!
I called around 10:30am when temps outside were already in the 90s. The technician came out three hours later (this was the only company that could make it out the same day – all others had 1-2 day backlog). He quickly diagnosed the problem, pulled the part from inventory he keeps in the truck and repaired my AC unit within 15 minutes. He thoroughly checked both inside and outside units for any other issues. He was extremely honest and professional and I’ve saved the company’s contact number to use in the future.
Our AC went out in the early hours of the morning and I called Blains as soon as it went out. That next morning I got a call around 7 and they were here by 9:15. Not to mention this is on a Saturday. The technician was great and fixed our AC no problem. Exceptional work and customer service. We have had nothing but great experiences with them. Will continue to use them 👍🏻
