What a breath of fresh air! When you call a service company these days, you never know who will show up, and will they know how to quickly identify and correct your issue. Jonathan came by and checked everything, from the outside unit to the inside unit. Turned out to be a clogged drain line. My unit is a pain in the a** to get to, have to literally climb on top of a hot water heater into a small opening to get to it. He brought his equipment up there and explained everything he was doing and why. Even giving me the option to changs the wiring to where it will shut off the unit completely if it were to occur again, so i would know, i declined it, but appreciated the offer. Definitely would recommend.
