Steve Blain and staff are great! Steve is as good as his word and pleasant to be around. The staff is always nice and professional. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and available in a timely manner. No one wants to wait on someone to fix your AC in 100 degree heat. Luckily, we never had to. They are usually on the way within an hour. I would recommend to anyone. My family and I are blessed to have such a valuable asset in our community and on speed dial.

Outstanding service and a great value. I called at 5:15 pm and had our heat back on in one hour – on a Friday! They were very organized. Jon, their technician immediately emailed me a receipt from his iPad. He was polite and professional in every way. I was very pleased with the quick response & professional service. Anthony had the problem spotted & repaired in no time, & got us back to cooling down.

I called around 10:30am when temps outside were already in the 90s. The technician came out three hours later (this was the only company that could make it out the same day – all others had 1-2 day backlog). He quickly diagnosed the problem, pulled the part from inventory he keeps in the truck and repaired my AC unit within 15 minutes. He thoroughly checked both inside and outside units for any other issues. He was extremely honest and professional and I’ve saved the company’s contact number to use in the future.

Blain’s is amazing! I have had to call them late in the afternoon to fix my brother’s AC unit for him, because he has MS and the heat causes him problems. They came the same day, and had the problem fixed quickly at a reasonable price! I appreciate them so much!!
