We were one of their first customers when they took over our new house wiring from a faltering and delinquent General Contractor. We’ve seen them grow, taking on everything from the simple installation to local commercial buildings. We still have them as our AC contractor.

I believe in prevention, which is why I opted into the service contract Blain offers. Today (April 30, 2025) my unit had its bi-annual check up only to discover two pieces on the unit needed replaced to prevent a possible fire down the road. Jonathan came by and checked everything, from the outside unit to the inside unit. Turned out to be a clogged drain line. My unit is a pain in the a** to get to, have to literally climb on top of a hot water heater into a small opening to get to it. He brought his equipment up there and explained everything he was doing and why. Even giving me the option to changs the wiring to where it will shut off the unit completely if it were to occur again, so i would know, i declined it, but appreciated the offer. Definitely would recommend.

Thank you to Steve Blain and Blain electric for coming out and wiring our new tankless water heater. Ours went 17 days ago and we have been without hot water since. Thanks to them we now have hot water… thank you!!

Great company to use. Their techs are professional, knowledgeable, and get the job done quickly. I called this morning to see when they could get a technician out to look at my A/C unit and they had no problem getting someone there in a reasonable amount of time and fixed the problem. I will definitely use this company again.

I was in a pinch this morning. Vent hood stopped working at my restaurant and I thought I was going to be in trouble. One call to Steve Blain, he sends Manny a running. He had it fixed in a jiffy! Couldn’t ask for better group of guys! Thanks fellas!
