Work was performed to our satisfaction in a timely and expected cost range manner. The telephone response team were especially cordial & professional. The tech was polite, punctual, & took time to explain what he was doing.
Jonathan came by and checked everything, from the outside unit to the inside unit. Turned out to be a clogged drain line. My unit is a pain in the a** to get to, have to literally climb on top of a hot water heater into a small opening to get to it. He brought his equipment up there and explained everything he was doing and why. Even giving me the option to changs the wiring to where it will shut off the unit completely if it were to occur again, so i would know, i declined it, but appreciated the offer. Definitely would recommend.

I had A/C issues and called last night and Blaine’s had there guy out first thing this morning and fixed the problem and got me back going with my air conditioning and the guy was professional and kind. Much appreciated as I’ve been going threw a lot lately dealing with my spouse in the hospital the last 3 weeks with brain damage I can’t say thank you guys enough for the fast help of fixing my A/C!
They came out very fast and it on a Sunday. Very good people will recommend them to anyone. Awesome group of employees also.

This company it great they work with me on part of the money for repair please use them for your next repair or service if there was 10 stars i would have gave them 😀 and there techs are very knowledgeable about service and repair services thanks Blain
