Our AC went out in the early hours of the morning and I called Blains as soon as it went out. That next morning I got a call around 7 and they were here by 9:15. Not to mention this is on a Saturday. The technician was great and fixed our AC no problem. Exceptional work and customer service. We have had nothing but great experiences with them. Will continue to use them 👍🏻
A real neighborly and professional family business that took care of replacing our Mother’s old heat pump system. We live out of state and were visiting when we discovered that her A/C was not working. We contacted Blain and their service technicians were prompt in showing up, troubleshooting the system, and determining what options we had available to deal with the old unit. We determined that we needed to replace the unit and shopped around. We found that Blain’s cost was very competitive and their finance options were very good. After meeting with Scott and hearing all their options for a new system and the financing in their office we went with the 12 months same as cash option. I enjoyed meeting and working with Scott and knew that our mother would be treated like family when they installed her new system. We had to leave for home one day before the installation was done. I just got off the phone with Mom and just as I expected, Blain Service treated her like she was family. She was impressed by their cleanliness, manners, professionalism and the final product – her new heating and air conditioning system. Thank you Blain Service Co. for such a great business experience AND for taking care of Mom like she was your own.

Steve and his team spent the better part of the day running pulling and rerunning underground power and ground for the installation of a new Generac whole home generator. I appreciated the level of professionalism and great attention to detail. Had a air flow coil go bad 1 month out of warranty, no help from original installation company. Called several a/c companies, was quoted 2k, Steve said they would do it for half the price. Decided to purchase new system (American Standard). Said he could have it installed Thursday, hoped I could get it Wed. 7:30 wed arrived to install. now my husband and I will sleep comfortably tonight! Installer never took a break, stayed with it all day. I normally don’t write reviews (take them with a grain of salt). Thank you, Steve Blain!
