The service technician ( Joe) exceeded our expectations in every way. He arrived exactly on time, was extremely polite and pleasant, and came fully prepared with all the necessary equipment. He demonstrated exceptional knowledge of our heating system and quickly identified exactly where to troubleshoot inside the furnace. While working in the attic, he also discovered a gas leak that we were unaware of, which speaks volumes about his thoroughness, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. He addressed everything efficiently, completed the repair promptly, and handled the invoicing smoothly. He was in and out without wasting time, yet never rushed the work. We truly could not have asked for better service. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable—an outstanding experience from start to finish. Blaine guys were here all day installing a brand new HVAC unit. They were very impressive and courteous. And they were very nice to make sure our cats didn’t get out. I am very happy with their work and will highly recommend them.

Checked faulty light switches in shop. Both were faulted out by ants. Replaced switches and restored function of lights.
