A real neighborly and professional family business that took care of replacing our Mother’s old heat pump system. We live out of state and were visiting when we discovered that her A/C was not working. We contacted Blain and their service technicians were prompt in showing up, troubleshooting the system, and determining what options we had available to deal with the old unit. We determined that we needed to replace the unit and shopped around. We found that Blain’s cost was very competitive and their finance options were very good. After meeting with Scott and hearing all their options for a new system and the financing in their office we went with the 12 months same as cash option. I enjoyed meeting and working with Scott and knew that our mother would be treated like family when they installed her new system. We had to leave for home one day before the installation was done. Our unit is getting some age on it and the internal coils had to be replaced because of a small leak. They found the leak during our routine inspection and they ordered new coils and did a great job installing them!!

Blain Service Company responded to our very urgent need by getting to the house the same day as we called. In fact, I called about noon, and they were able to respond that afternoon. They fixed the problem very quickly. This is not the first time I’ve used Blain Service Company, they also serviced the heat pump unit outside about a month previous to this. They discovered that a new motor was needed during a service call, and were able to provide it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company to others. I plan on using them for any heating or a/c problem I have in the future.
